The company says their feed can help egg laying chickens. They advertise the feed to be "fortified with calcium for strong shells, plus vitamins and minerals"(Producer's Pride, Sept. 1, 2025). The comparison chart shows that this company's layer feed offers a little more fiber and less salt then the other three products. In general, their feed offers a similar nutrition as the other three competing feeds.
